6th tower is topped out. 
Why do they have 2 or 3 panels of precast that seem to be the wrong colour and throw off the symmetry of the building?

Do you all remember back in like 2007 when this was the next great project, and was going to change everything. Hard not to think about this and Centre Block in DTK and think about what those expectations used to be and how much things have changed in 15 years.
