This project has moved quietly along and is now under construction to some extent. The entire parking deck that was behind the building has been demolished, this happened in late November/December for the most part. A couple of weeks ago they were doing prep work for a crane pad, so it wouldn't be surprising for a crane to go up in the next couple of months.

The only permit they currently have won't allow for the additional floors and I don't know if there is an application in process for them yet. The current building permit only allows for interior demolition and the installation of shear walls and helical piles to increase the structural capacity of the building and parking deck.
