This one has spent a long while digging a huge pit, and has installed a green tower crane.
The architect's view conveniently ignores that the green space in front of this building is a already a forest of similar sized buildings. Where are you going to throw a frisbee with your friends?

I think anyone buying a (condo, house, car, boat, etc) based solely on an artist's impression will be sorely disappointed.

Looks like Sage is working fast to complete Sage V after the delays with the previous project. Bricks and windows are being put in while the top floor has been reached...

Great! But uh those grass boulevards though... Just being trampled and damaged. We need high quality hardscape here, with raised planting beds... you know, like in cities?

I agree. Come winter, that grass is going to suffer in spring with all the snow and ice removing products. They could have raised it a bit and put in flowerbeds. It would look a lot better, and save the trouble of weeds having to be removed.
