Activa is going ahead with some of the buildings on the site, they will be rental. They will be starting on the Bleams side of the site and working towards Rockwood. They have multiple buildings worth of walls and floors framed along Rockwood.
They have the permits in place for Block A (just to the left of my second last photo, you can see the last sanitary service of that building in it) and L (roughly to the right of the Komatsu excavator).
