I noticed that the gate was left open, so maybe they are bringing more in, or they are going to take them out again soon.

If they're starting to build...that's good. Ugly project, but I'd like to at least see this get started so we can add more housing. Auburn has got to be the slowest developer in the world. It took them nearly half a decade to get the Arrow Lofts done.

Likely storage for the Barrelyards, no? Almost no chance they're bringing in precast before even starting shoring/foundation work.

Those are the same precast as The Bright

Yeah, even if the developers aren't linked this is open space going spare. I can easily see them renting the space for cheap, for a short-term staging area.

They seem to be removing the fence along Courtland. There are a couple of bulldozers on site. Not any news. A promised public meeting has yet to be scheduled.

I suspect that view won't change much for the next 15 to 20 to 30 years due to Auburn Developments moving extremely slowly. "The Bow" has been under construction for nearly a decade already.

A bit of landscaping would be nice in the interim.

Charlie West was 3 years from start of excavation to first occupancy, and it's significantly taller and cast in place. Taking an extra year for a shorter pre-cast building suggests they're not in any rush.
