I don't really see why they're publishing yet another article on this since it doesn't have any new details. They didn't make any mention of the 5th tower, which is the 44 floor one being built with the office, and omitted a few more details about public spaces they're building.

How many floors of office vs residential in the 44 story one?

The article mentions a recent public meeting. Maybe that is why.

10 office + 34 residential I believe. There was a recent post that it gives a total height of ~160m (office floors are taller), so that's about as tall as a 50 floor residential-only project. Charlie West is only 106m for comparison.

Interesting. What is DTK condos topping out at in metres?

sounds like this will take the title of tallest, for a while.

10 floors office is still significant. Sounds like the core is still anticipating a further boom in business expansion.

Duke Tower will be just shy of 128 meters.

Emporis and SkyscraperPage tend to list building heights, but currently the easiest place to find them is here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ta...nicipality

I updated this Wikipedia page a few months ago Smile it was so outdated. I feel the WRC community could keep it updated and recent

It’s a beautiful list. We are actually farting pretty well against Hamilton and London too.
