December 31 technically would still be 2022. Though I am surprised they'd expect it to be ready in about 18 months. Move in perhaps for some and not all.

Anyone have any reviews about VanMar Developments and the homes/condos they build? A quick reddit search shows negative feedback about their homes (maybe the condos will be different). I believe, they are in charge of the development.
