This is going to be a very frustrating process, I assume. Funny how only maximum heights are discussed and not minimums (looking at you, surface parking lots).
This is on point...nobody ever discusses at a policy level the impacts of low rise or surface parking.
London ON AFAIK has some rules around this, but they are routinely ignored in favour of permitting developers to further crater the city.
