And people on this forum try to tell me NIMBYs aren't that big of a deal unless it's the VPNA and other ultra rich ones downtown lmao. This is why I think the Mill Street project is likely to face fierce opposition.

I mean, not sure I would qualify the outspoken in Deer Ridge as substantially different than their birds of a feather downtown.
