Every time I see floor layouts, I look for the bike storage and then try to trace the route to actually exit the building. This one looks particularly horrendous. It's not anywhere close to an elevator or any door that goes directly outside. Best I can tell, you'd have to walk it through the parking garage and either bike up the ramp or wrangle it through another set of doors to the elevator that's not anywhere nearby. It feels like the bike storage is there to say "we did it" as opposed to a thoughtful design that people could easily use on a daily basis.
