I ride my e-bike on all the multi-use trails, and I am not the only one. I have never seen any enforcement of this bylaw, which I never heard of till now. E-bikes, limited to 32 km/h, are classified as bicycles in the HTA. Yup, it's a bad law that is not enforced...which really is even worse than just a bad law.
