It's a surprisingly decent location for density, yes it's surrounded by low rise but it's surprisingly well connected to the city. Within walking distance you have the 12, 22, 201 and 33, the 201 comes every 10 minutes starting Monday, 12 comes every 15, and the 33 and 22 come every half hour. You can also get downtown fairly easily cycling, as you can take the trail network of Country Hills West to McLennan park and then get to the new cycling bridge and then it's straight down Stirling. Grocery stores and restaurants are also easily accessible especially in comparison to other high density developments like the 8 floor building on the other side of New Dundee in Doon or Lexington Park (Huron and Strasburg). So it's a pretty decent location.
