Interesting, looks like we're about a week away from track being installed on Borden! Why do they only need 3 days, though? Other road crossings have taken 3-4 weeks, how will they complete the Borden / Courtland one in 1/8th of that time?
I also wonder if they don't mean track installation, if they just mean the welding operation - and they might want to have Courtland closed so they can more easily (and at their leisure over the duration of the closure) drag the rail sections across the road to lay them closer to their final location. Matt (GrandLinq) seemed pretty certain that the rails wouldn't be placed in their final position for about 6 weeks (from last Sunday).
