It's funny because Dorothy McCabe was campaigning on wanting to totally transform Waterloo into modern, progressive city that would evolve with the times. And people ate that up and asked for seconds while forgetting she is a generic big tent Liberal Party stooge with a decent amount of skill points put into Opportunism, as she quickly jumped on the chance to finally run for office.

Feels like the city is stagnant by design, at least outside of the Northdale areas where they have contained all of these student apartment buildings. Very little progress has been made elsewhere.
