Full demolition of this building is expected to start tomorrow. The demolition is being done by Romeo Demolition and Excavation (Vive's go to for demo), there will be demolition, removal of an underground storage tank as well as soil remediation.

There are no other permits applied for other then demo at this point, so it seems that Vive is getting the prep work done for this and 332 Charles St.
