Romeo has indeed been busy.

It looks like Vive will have three major projects on the go: this one, Lower Kitchener and 332 Charles E. They had four active ones before (Ophelia, Maverick, Market Flats and Borden Ave N) but these ones are significantly larger buildings. I expect that as Vive has built up credibility in developing and managing rental buildings they are now having an easier time finding financial partners for new development projects.

Vive also has their project down at King and River going on which will be topped out by the end of the year, with phase 2 and 3 of that still to come, so it might be 4 going on.
