Yes and that could make the height even taller than 7-8 floors, impacting views for that entire side of the “circa 1877” building. I’d like to know: would the city allow construction of a tall building directly next to an existing tall building? It would look pretty ridiculous with pretty much empty space around the 2 in all directions.
