I ended up asking about this and forgot to ever reply here (apparently close to a year ago... wow). The ownership of this block is a joint venture between Tony and someone else (I've forgotten who) and they still own it. The intent to redevelop it is real while keeping it under their joint ownership. The plan would be to do it in two phases, probably moving around whichever of his businesses he wants to keep into the first phase once completed.

Of course, everything I've said is dependent on the economics of it all, and was info from almost a year ago.
