Boring.

I mean it is better than a old car dealership, but I agree it is a bit boring. Reminds me of the building on benton near the Aud. Which turned out to be a decent mid-rise. 

I would have preferred another colour other than black and white precast. The building looks too close to Weber and Franklin too, I would prefer a bit bigger of a set back with a large sidewalk not directly beside a two busy roads. I would not feel safe walking on a sidewalk right beside traffic on Weber. This should be a minimum requirement from the city to approve this. Also would be be nice to plant some trees lining the street front.
