Large scale developments in the GTA almost always have a couple cranes on site. I thought station park was going to have two (2) or three (3) cranes at a time, but they really stuck to the phased approach.
It won't be the first time KW has had multiple cranes up at once, Drewlo had two, Union Towers had two, Icon had two, Society 145 had two, Garment/100 Vic/Glove Box had three. Even in KW it's not uncommon to see multiple up at once. Sure we're not likely to see anywhere near the number of cranes that projects in Toronto have, for example Etobicoke Civic Centre and 5207 Dundas have 8 between them and they're across the street from each other. However we will still see 2 or three cranes on a site, it isn't an uncommon sight to see.
