Unironically, if they actually took a little time on it they could have made the conscious choice to make it look as wacky as it does but in a "tasteful" way like many post-modern buildings from the 1980s which used a lot of colour and bold choices in their design language. But because they used super cheap materials, it just looks like a super cheap building. That thing is going to age as well as a moist cheese sandwich left out in the sun.
Fair enough actually, I can see the vision
Was that vision to build as cheap as possible with little to no thought on material choices and building form? This building is hideous. It looks 25 years old and it's not even complete yet.
