It appears that the Erb and Good Funeral home on King next to Circa 1877 may have sold their land to a developer. Geotechnical works were completed on the site in the fall from my recollection. They also have a ZBA submitted to the city of Kitchener for 1014 Victoria St (Home Hardware property next to the old Canadian Tire).
