This has some activity again. Earlier in the year there was some geotech/environmental sampling occurring on the site. There was also signs posted for the demolition company posted on the fencing surrounding the property.
They submitted a SPA for a temporary parking lot/construction staging area this past week which is likely the only activity for awhile. They have yet to submit SPA for any of the 4 remaining buildings on the site so construction is still a ways off. From my understanding this is a joint venture of sorts between Corley and Vive, with Corley being the lead, hence the slower progress on this one compared to some of the other Vive projects.
