This thing looks like a North Korean attempt at contemporary minimalist architecture or something. What an eyesore.

Yea we need the housing, but leave it to vive to make the ugliest buildings in the region. It's a competition between this and their other project at King and Ottawa I think. Both are absolute abominations. I think I physically recoil every time I go to play hockey at sports world and see this monstrosity next door. 

Makes me very angry that we are squandering a once in a century opportunity to transform this city.
