So, is the 45 floor tower the one that was originally 44? Are the other floor counts still expected to be the same?

No, the 45 floor tower that Vive is currently building is located where the 38 floor tower was proposed during the Growing Together submissions (the blue tower from the site plan on the first page). When it came time for ZBA the height of the tower was increased to 44 floors, however Vive was ignoring a mezzanine level which the city considered a floor which increased the floor count to 45 but didn't change the measured height.

Floor counts are expected to be similar to the Growing Together plan, but not identical.

So they're building the 45 story tower only and that is the one that's going up now? Thanks.
