Yes, the developer for this one is two people from Shopify, there's only 2 elevators which is ridiculous, then everything related to the LRT just seems strange. Don't get me wrong but I'd love to see height in Cambridge but this isn't where it'll happen.

That's actually insane. I've found the sweet spot for elevators to be about 1 elevator per 10 floors. This would be a nightmare in line with most of CityPlace or 1 Bloor in Toronto.

20-30 minute waits for elevators guaranteed.
