I was reading on the Internet and that reminded me of the discussion in this thread.

Obviously I think there's some value in the discussions here or I wouldn't go. And sometimes we have better answers here than the professionals, e.g. in terms of lived experience on bicycles. But we certainly don't have all the answers, and sometimes we're wrong. Even me! Though I try hard to not be wrong on the facts at least.
(I think that running an airline is quite difficult. Air Canada does pretty well on the whole, but there are some significant bloopers. They still haven't credited some of my flights from March for points, and I don't seem to be alone.)
