Sorry, why?

I find it hard to even read these stories (I can’t even imagine the horror of living through them personally) but I guess if anything I’m more interested in the details of what happened and if it’s pure negligence/dangerous driving on the part of one person, if there are systematic changes that are needed, etc.

I was recently turning left onto highway 6 north of Guelph from a side road with a stop sign and it’s really quite dangerous given the heavy traffic and speeds of the cars travelling both directions on that road. I could see a tragedy like this playing out there easily.
