There seem to be a lot more units listed for sale/rent in Tower 3 compare to Tower 1 & 2.  This might reflect the relative newness of Tower 3.

Pool finally freaking re-opened after 2 years closed. Unreal TBH.

No upgrades or changes to it, so I guess just 'invisible' repairs.
