I agree with you completely. I do know people who opted to take AC from Mississauga, though, either because they didn't want to fly a smaller plane, or just fly Air Canada period. You're right that it's not rational.

Maybe a lot of these people would fly a jet airliner instead, though, if we have one going to Ottawa. Possibly some of them still wouldn't...
