Old Chicopee Trail has a very unique blend of houses, and a great view!

Your link doesn't work for me, nor does 449 exist, going from 447 to 451. I suspect you mean 452 OCT, and yes - it's a gorgeous house, and they're quite proud of it.
To me the real gem of the street is actually across (and down a bit), with an original English Cottage set on nearly an acre overlooking the city with a colossal willow in the back. I was told who the architect was but have since forgot.
Then of course you have the Ball home on the corner with the old barn hidden in the bush, and the GRCA-protected lake and woodland near the bottom of the hill that I'm not sure many people know exists. Just a wonderful neighbourhood.
427 OCT is nice as well, but I posted 452 here because everyone that comes to my house mentions it, and it's certainly unique . Some love it, some hate it. Personally I like it. The Ball house is nice, but not particularly "unique", as is the intention of this thread. And sadly, the barn you mentioned has been reduced to nothing more than a foundation full of spray paint and broken beer bottles. I've been trying to find a picture of it in my local history research.
Also, I agree the pond is beautiful. I walk there just about daily. I didn't know it was GRCA-PROTECTED.
