Yes, and it ends right at the crossing between the parcel pickup area and the rest of the parking lot, so thinking of it as a roadway makes sense from that standpoint too. I wonder what the actual intent is? I know that people are already using the bit between King and Hughes Lane as a car shortcut. Either way, it should work as a good bicycle route, as long as one is careful to avoid losing a wheel in the flangeway.
