That being said, the building is still going to be a pretty low end building. But I think this is a big improvement. That building is one of the worst on that section of King.
Yeah, I definitely prefer the two-bedroom unit over the five-bedroom student housing. And I agree that 3 bedroom units would be nice, but I understand that there are financial reasons. I'm happy to see this kind of transformation, although I'm surprised to see it so soon.
