Thanks! I had no idea the parking was in the podium, though I haven't paid much attention to details on this. But now that does make sense, as I don't remember them digging down enough for parking. Most certainly it's drainage then.

There might be some lower level parking.  They went at least four floors below ground.

There is underground parking, but I don't think it was 4 levels down. I only saw two levels when watching them building. The hole looked really deep though, so I was surprised it was only 2.
