Sadly I think they will be using this as an employee lot, shuttling employees to and from the head office on King.

I left Manulife in July, but this was consistent with rumours and speculation I heard internally at that time.

I'm hopeful that this space gives them the flexibility to turn the current back surface lot into a structure, but I will be surprised if it pans out that way.
