I think I also like the sketch more than the 3d model. It would provide a variation in the shape of buildings. I would also like to see a little be of variation in floors maybe up to 8 or ten for a section of one of the buildings. The sketch interact nicely with the lrt side of the property. The 3d model just has a small parking lot and 2 entrances for cars off Charles. Realistically they don't need each building to have a entrancing to the parking garage. Based on the sketch having the courtyards above parking they could just have one entrance into the building close to Charles street and one entrance into the building close to king street. Either way exciting to see a potential new project down the line. East end is going to be completely transformed in the next decade.
