Bit of an odd spot for a fast-food place given there are fashion outlets immediately surrounding it; though Bulk Barn is also in that strip, with Starbucks at the far end.

I find South St. Burger to be quite simply a "Harvey's on steroids" in restaurant design and in prices $$.
P.S. You can't get a hot dog there even if I don't ever want one
