The tile is being painted ... I was rather surprised by this.

I'm surprised too, I had just assumed they'd cancelled the yellow sections from the render (https://www.waterlooregionconnected.com/showthread.php?tid=1378&pid=72406#pid72406).

I'm pleasantly surprised too, was expecting another render bait and switch like Circa 1877. I'm a little worried about how this will look with the whole side facing Weber being yellow (and painted fake tile/brick at that rather than a natural yellow brick finish), but hopefully it will look okay.

In the case of Circa 1877, I'm still holding on hope that they will eventually paint it as well. I think the black of the rendering would look much better than the current big grey slab of unfinished concrete looming over King and Allen.
