Thanks. One of the images is a site plan which makes it clear.

I have to say that it looks like the apartment buildings will be at the back next to the cemetery. To me it would make more sense to have the apartments out near the street (maybe even with a portico — that would be quite something!), with the townhouses in behind, with some having backyards that open out into the cemetery.

But of course it would totally destroy the city to have apartment buildings directly across the street from houses, so that’s out of the question.

I'm sure the neighbourhood would have fought against putting the apartment out front.  Re the cemetery, I assume that it will be fenced off from the development.
