Sadly, it's not going to be a cheese shop. There's a sign on the window for Phlippens. I imagine it will have more than just the few products they make, so it should be something fun to have in the area. https://phlippens.com/

That’s pretty specialized, but the more food/food-related shops down that way, the better, imo.
