Waterloo Region reported 12 new cases for today (11.9% of the active cases). 92 new cases for the week (+0), averaging 13.7% of active cases. 101 active cases (+2 in the last seven days).

Ontario reported 1,042 (!) new cases today with a seven-day average of 857 (+54). 736 recoveries and seven deaths translated to an increase of 299 active cases, and a current total of 7,120, yet another new record. +1,166 active cases for the week, and 47 deaths. 38,769 tests resulted in a 2.69% positivity rate, a new record for the second wave. The positivity rate is averaging 2.45% for the past seven days.
ICU patient count is down to 79 (-3).
