Waterloo Region reported nine new cases for today (8.5% of the active cases). 80 new cases for the week (-8), averaging 11.8% of active cases. 93 active cases (+3 in the last seven days).

Ontario reported 834 new cases today with a seven-day average of 886 (+8). 773 recoveries and five deaths translated to an increase of 56 active cases, and a current total of 7,474, yet another new record. +1,175 active cases for the week, and 46 deaths. 30,010 tests resulted in a 3.45% positivity rate. The positivity rate is averaging 2.72% for the past seven days.
ICU patient count is down to 71 (-4), with the total hospital population at 312 (+52 in the last week). Waterloo Region has six hospitalized cases, with none of them in the ICU.
