I think the church is likely about to discover that contempt of court was not a good idea. While I didn't think their charter challenge was going anywhere, clearly there were lawyers that did. However, courts do not look favourably on plaintiffs that don't abide by the court's orders.
WRPS may have been hesitant to enforce lockdown orders strictly, for fear of giving them a platform. I doubt that will extend to contempt of court.
