Back in January there was a draft letter posted online that hospitals were going to use when they had to inform families that their loved one was going to be discharged to (probably) die at home, as there simply wasn't hospital capacity to treat them and their odds of survival were too low.
While things changed direction before those letters had to be used, I'm sure as soon as they are it'll be front page news.
