Love love love what I'm seeing so far, which is extremely little ha.

Any more pictures? Is the back half a darker color?

34 floors is a decent height

What's all this about contaminated area? How much remediation work involved?

Overall, will a location like this have the same pull/allure as Innovation district DTK?
