General Township Updates and Rumours

Just wanted to draw some attention to the 162 Snyders project.

I just listened in to the community meeting and it was absurd. Everyone against the development outright, with no real reasons other than trying to "protect their town" (keep in mind this is a CMHC affordable housing development.

The top two highlights. 1) One lady saying their shouldn't be air conditioning in the building and 2) An old man saying he would rather look at a pasture than a building full of people (the lot is an empty former industrial use, not a pasture)

This madness needs to stop

Amen! People need to live somewhere, and paving over the rest of Southern Ontario for low-density suburbs is not an option.
