This was what I was concerned about when we were discussing this last week. Our vaccine rollout has been pretty poor. I do find it amusing though, that Redman is even on any of Covid-19 taskforce, because she shouldn't be. I say this because of the stunt she pulled during Oktoberfest, then her subsequent Covid-19 infection after New Years. Our regional chair should be taking Covid-19 more seriously, but she hasn't. Either way, I don't think that she should be involved in any way with our vaccine rollout.
To be clear, I am not blaming her for all this. However, I have to wonder who, if anyone, is advocating for doses for our region, and why we still don't have a robust vaccination program. I mean, it's bad.
Fact that we're worse than Ontario and, of all places, Toronto, says a lot. And I get the feeling we'll get to top spot and stay there for a long time (with maybe Porcupine being worse).
