There are some reasonable explanations for Porcupine - it has had a lot of outbreaks in smaller communities, especially those along the James Bay coastline. Timmins, for example, doesn't have bad numbers. Porcupine isn't in stage 1 yet. Waterloo Region will likely go back to pre-stage 1 in a few days if numbers don't improve, and stay there for a few weeks.

In all seriousness, I doubt they will revert the region until things are really in bad shape.
In other news, I heard a big cacophony from the Uptown Square around noon. I'm going to assume the plagots are at it again.
