I waited since 10:30ish this morning, the stupid countdown timer went from an hour down to 16 back 38 minutes and kept bouncing around for the last hour between 5 and 16 minutes. I got through a few minutes ago and found everything booked solid so I gave up. I'm about ready to go to the states to get it.
