Regarding Grey Bruce: I spoke to someone that works for the health unit, and, like Waterloo Region, they seemed to have missed the homeless population. Second problem is getting to those that live more remotely. While their numbers could end up being worse that Waterloo Region, they won't stay move back to stage 1. (and to be honest, I think we're making a mistake staying in stage 1).

Interesting. I didn't know Grey Bruce has a large homeless population. It's a very rural area apart from Owen Sound and maybe Wiarton.
